We are excited to share that, after two years of hard work behind the scenes, ODOM broke ground on June 11, 2023, marking a significant milestone for our ambitious mixed-use development project. On that sunny Sunday morning, the air was filled with anticipation and excitement as the ODOM board of directors and project teams gathered to witness the start of a remarkable journey that is expected to complete by the end of 2025.
The piling works have now started, with the land cleared and all the trees happily awaiting their relocation to a new park in Koh Pich. Over the next few months, the piling contractor will test and assess the ground conditions to define the best way to build the foundations. The next step will be to excavate and set the foundations before we can see the first meters of ODOM take off the ground level.
We cannot wait to see ODOM come true and are delighted to share this adventure with you all.
