We’re thrilled to share the latest strides in our Odom project, where every percentage marks a step closer to realizing our vision.
Our piling work is sprinting ahead, with 188 out of 270 piles, including 12 additional piles at the main entrance, firmly in place—signifying a robust 70% completion. These piles stand tall, resembling a well-crafted foundation, supporting the weight of our future iconic lifestyle hub.
Venture beneath the surface as we advance in constructing the Diaphragm Wall. This underground support system, reminiscent of a detailed base pattern, takes form with 29 out of 48 panels. Picture it like knitting a cozy blanket—a 60% completion creating a resilient anchor for our structure.
Behind the scenes, our team is in full action, crafting rebar cages and casting concrete for the remaining piles and diaphragm wall sections. This ongoing phase ensures the strength and longevity of our structure, much like artisans shaping a masterpiece.
