We’re thrilled to updates in our ongoing construction journey. With the pile foundation and basement walls complete now in place, we’re excited to move forward to the next phase of construction.
The basement works are well underway. Soil is currently being compacted, which means pressing and packing it down to make it firm and stable.
Additionally, we are laying a temporary layer of lean concrete. This lean concrete slab provides a smooth and level surface for the workers to use as a working platform for the installation of the permanent ground floor.
This is an exciting phase of the project, and we’re looking forward to sharing additional updates now that we’re installing works above the foundations.
