Construction Updates

We’re pleased to share the latest milestone in ODOM’s construction journey. We’re entering the final stage of our semi-top-down construction method, which is used exclusively for our basement works. Unlike traditional methods, this approach involves building downward from the ground floor, completing each basement level step by step before beginning any above-ground construction. It allows for greater efficiency and control in managing deep excavations in urban environments like Phnom Penh.

We’re excited to update you that the concrete casting for Basement Level 4 is now successfully completed. With this progress, we’ve moved into the final stretch of the semi-top-down process: Basement Level 5. Excavation, formwork, and rebar placement are underway on this basement’s deepest level, preparing for the upcoming concrete slab pour.

As we approach completing all five basement levels, our commitment to quality, safety, and precision remains stronger than ever. Thank you for your continued support, and stay tuned as we wrap up this crucial phase and move toward the next chapter of the ODOM project.
