We’re excited to share the latest progress on ODOM’s construction journey. As part of the innovative semi top-down method used exclusively for our basement construction, we’ve been working from the ground floor downward to efficiently complete the five basement levels before beginning work on the above-ground structure.
Excavation for Basement Level 3 is underway, with lean concrete being placed to create a stable platform for further construction. Concurrently, formwork and rebar installation are progressing, preparing for the concrete pour of the Basement Level 3 slab. Each step takes us closer to completing this vital phase of the project.
