We’re excited to share the latest progress in ODOM’s construction journey. With the innovative semi top-down method driving efficiency and precision, we continue to focus on completing the basement levels before the above-ground structure takes shape.
Following the successful completion of the Basement Level 1 concrete casting, work has now progressed to Basement Level 2. Excavation is in full swing, and the placement of lean concrete is currently underway. This temporary concrete layer provides a stable platform for ongoing construction.
Simultaneously, formwork and rebar installation are being carried out in preparation for the next major milestone: the Basement Level 2 slab pour. Each step in this process ensures the structural integrity and stability required to support ODOM’s vision as a lifestyle hub.
